Non-Village Nin

Alright Just to Avoid confusion about Travelers and Non-Village Nin, Travelers are basically ninja who roam the world and have no Criminal record simple right? good. Non-Village Nin have been divided into two brackets Mercenaries and Bounty Hunters.

Mercenary - Basically Ninjas for Hire they have no criminal records and are contracted by Ninja villages to perform tasks like joining in on a village attack or help defend a village for them. The Turning rouge rules will apply to them .

Bounty hunter - Bounty hunters Hunt rouge ninja for sport/spoils of war and cash they have knowledge of all the bingo books and they constantly hunt down rouge ninjas. This shinobi also have no criminal record turning rouge rules also apply to them

Be warned Joining a rouge ninja automatically classifies you as one in the village the rouge is classified as a criminal
