| ~Weapon~ Name: The Lunar Blade Appearance: - Spoiler:
This is the Luna Clans Custom weapon. The Weapon was created in the look of a falcion. The blade is rather oversized, but can still be weilded rather easily by someone who has been trained with it. The blade has an Extra pronge on the back for mostly show. The Sheathe is rather normal looking it is completely black jsut like the Hilt of the sword. Yet, the hilt and sword blade has Runes ingraved into it. This is the Luna clan's special blade held by the Clan leader at all times. Abilities: The Runes on the blade are very special. The blade has be ingraved to use Chakra to cast Illusions on teh Target if cut by the blade. The Charka will tranfer fromteh Runes to teh Target,unknown to the target, and used for a illusion that will last five posts at the most. The Luna runes can also be used as a sealing weapon like Fuuinjutsu. The weapon can be used with a Fuuinjutsu to create a very strong sealing jutsu. History: Once, the old Clan leader died. The blade was passed down to Saiku. He still can't weild it. Since, he s so young, but once he has grow up a little he has use it perfect. The clan leader taught Saiku how to use the great blade right beofr e he died and that is why he passed it down to him. Name: The Lunar Staff Appearance: A crystal staff that is the same hieght as older Saiku. This hiehgt is about 6'0 even. This Staff has Luna runes all over it as well. Abilitys: None History: Saiku also got this fromteh clan leader. ~Jutsu~ Name: Raiton Style: Body Release Rank: D-Rank or Higher Type: Supportive Element: Lightning This Techinque was Created by Saiku Arashhi Luna for one thing only. Saiku created teh Technique to Age his body to a point of were he could be put to good use. Knowing his Ten Year old body was weak and couldn't live up to teh Dangerous jutsu he would be learning. He needed a way to increase the Aging process on his body. Saiku would first do a number of handsigns, and then focus Lightning chakra through out his body. The lightning chakra would supercharge the celss of Saiku's body and rapidly age them. Once, Saiku has gotten to the Age he wants. He simply disables the Jutsu. Drawbacks/Limits: This Technique can only be used once. Due, to the Massive Stress it places on the human body. Also, After the Technique is complete. The User's body will suffer side effects from it. Increased Reaction time, Increased speed, and increased Reflexes. Theses Side effects will alst forever and will have to be trained to use. The Training to master that is 500 words.

(Grand Lightening Fist) The user focuses chakra to form electricity in their fists. This adds a powerful shock to their punches. [D-Rank]
~Denka no Jutsu~
(Electric Charge Technique) This simple ninjutsu allows the ninja to impart an electrical charge to an object which will give a powerful shock to whoever touches the object subsequently. Mostly this is used to impart a charge to a shuriken, kunai, or other metal weapon, however Chuunins and Jounins may use it to impart charge to objects that are not normally known for their conductive properties such as a wooden staff. ~Sasurai~
(Piercing Lightning) Through the use of this technique, the user is able to channel lightning chakra through any object and give it a piercing tip and/or cutting edge. If the charge is put on a weapon that can already pierce or cut, then the edge is made keener. [D-Rank]
~Kumosuku Enka no Jutsu~
(Transparent Cloud Viewing Technique) Through the use of this technique, the user is able to see clearly through chakra formed fog, haze, and clouds in the area. Though not much chakra is used, the continuous flow of chakra to the users eyes can cause strain to the eyes and induce severe headaches if used for too long. [D-Rank]

~Houden no Jutsu~
(Electrical Discharge Technique) By focusing their chakra, the user is able to convert it into electricity and control it, emitting a strong burst of electricity in a 10 foot dome that deals a heavy shock to all of those caught within the area. If used on water, the area and damage from shock is twice that of a normal use as long as the water covers the total area. [C-Rank]
~Kage Rai no Jutsu~
(Shadow Lightning Technique) Created by the sennin Shinkai Han and shared across the Hidden Cloud Village. This jutsu causes the user's arms and palms to become wreathed in lightning. The ninja can use this to enhance their unarmed strike, or they can discharge it at once, arcing a massive amount of electricity into a single foe. (Note: Have Raikurai, Dai Raiken and strength in taijutsu as requirement) [C-Rank]
~Kenrai no Jutsu~
(Blades of Lightning Technique) A technique used in with any normal style sword weapon or the Lightning Sword technique. Crackling lightning begins to encompass the blade of the weapon(s), then the user is able to swing single or multiple times with each seperate attack releasing a high impact shocking edge of curved lightning toward a single opponent or group of attackers. [C-Rank]
~Manako no Same~
(Shark's Eye) While not truly related to sharks or an eye, this ninjutsu is a method of perception that mimics a shark's ability to sense electric fields. Because air is a much poorer medium to conduct electricity, the effectiveness is greatly less than a shark's natural sensory abilities. The practitioner is able to pinpoint organisms that produce bio-electricity (essentially any animal) within a twenty foot radius. The technique does not yield any descriptive information about the organism, simply its location. Strong electric fields, such as other electric ninjutsu, are capable of rendering this technique temporarily useless. Additionally, the user must channel chakra to maintain this sensory enhancement. Unless their chakra control is precise, it is best used deliberately as opposed to a constant passive activation. [C-Rank]
~Rai Bunshin no Jutsu~
(Lightning Clone Technique) The lightning clone is actually a ball of electricity in side a normal clone because the user's chakra sustains the lightning the clone can sustain limited amounts of damage and can also shock its opponent. [C-Rank]
~Rai Katana no Jutsu~
(Lightning Sword Technique) Converting chakra to lightning, the ninja creates a long sword of lightning. Its length can be varied by the amount of chakra used. [C-Rank]
~Raidangan~
(Lightning Projectile) Through the use of this technique, the user gathers lightning into the palm of their hand and around their wrist and arm. Once the lightning chakra has gathered, a projectile made of lightning can be fired at the target(s). The projectile is about the size of an arrow, but it is much sharper than a kunai or shuriken, and is launched with much more force and speed than a normal nin can throw it. Up to three projectiles can be fired at once. The technique only needs to be used one time to gather the lightning chakra to the user and continue drawing it out. As such, the user can continue drawing out projectiles in subsequent posts until another technique is used, though each projectile used requires an equal amount of chakra. [C-Rank]
~Rakurai no Jutsu~
(Lightning Bolt Skill) User shoots a lightning bolt out of the palms at the victim. If it hits, they victim will be electrified. [C-Rank]
~Raikyuu~
(Lightning Ball) Through the use of this technique, the user channels chakra into the palms of their hands, forming a ball of condensed lightning. The user then throws the lightning ball at the enemy which will curve slightly to help hit the target. The lightning ball deals a heavy shock. [C-Rank]
~Raiton - Takarai no Jutsu~
(Lightning Release - Thunder Hawks Technique) After forming the bird, ox, monkey handseals, the user releases chakra into the air. This chakra then crackles and takes the shape of hawks formed from pure electric nature chakra. These hawks then home in on the opponent, with the ability to pierce as if they were shuriken and electrocute upon contact. The average number of hawks created with one casting numbers between half to a full dozen. [C-Rank]
~Seiteki Shigamitsuku~
(Static Cling) Sends a weak wave of electricity across the ground. If hit, the object (shoes, feet, arms, legs, kunai, etc), will be seemingly glued to the ground. Water can dissipate the electricity, however, freeing the object. The cling can also be broken by someone with strong physical strength or an equal amount of chakra to oppose it with. [C-Rank]
~Kumo Shunshin no Jutsu~
("Cloud Body Flicker") Kumo Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic village-specific version of the Shunshin technique. The ninja will disappear and reappear in an instant, allowing them to travel along short to medium distances almost instantly. The user disappears in an eruption of fluffy clouds and a thunder crack, and leaves behind a scorch from lightning on the ground (which is specific to the village, Sand leaves grains of sand, Leaf leaves twigs and leaves, etc). The user reappears at his destination point with a bolt of lightning, which instantly disappears, revealing the ninja. This teleportation-like technique is usually just used for dramatic entrances or exits. Also, this technique has a longer traveling range than that of the normal Shunshin, and can be used to 'ferry' multiple people at a time, but it costs more chakra and draws a lot of attention. ~Kuudenkou no Jutsu~
(Static Rain Technique) A technique that, if used while the target is directly exposed to rain, significantly wet, or immersed in water, will cause all lightning jutsu to zero in on the target. [B-Rank]
~Raikozan~
(Lightning great cut) Raikozan changes the user's chakra in the form of lightning, forming massive bolts of black electricity between the user's hands, which is then shaped into the form of a massive blade or trowel shape. The jutsu itself is perfect for attacking large targets or piercing through barriers or walls. Since the jutsu drains a tremendous ammount of chakra, the jutsu can only be done when the user is in dire need, and only then for a brief period for a singular slash. [B-Rank]
~Raiton: Gian~
(Lightning Release: False Darkness) A lightning type attack useful at all ranges, Gian is performed by first forming the necessary handseals, ending with the raiton-element oriented handseal of monkey. Lightning nature chakra is then focused through both arms of the user. The arms are then extended forwards powerfully in a pushing motion. A momentary crackle of lightning between both hands serves as a warning before an electric blue "spear" of lightning is launched forth from between the user's hands. A fast and powerful attack, the Gian covers distance at an alarming rate and can easily kill an opponent if they are hit directly. The sheer power of the technique also grants it the ability to damage an opponent who is still relatively close to the attack, should they dodge it. An added feature of the Gian is the ability to split into two separate bolts of lightning to strike another target. The power of the attack is halved, making it only twice as powerful as the average Raikurai. [B-Rank]
~Ryuuraidan no Jutsu~
(Thunder Dragon Blast Skill) The user creates a blast of lightning shaped like a large dragon, and send it thundering towards their opponent(s). If this attack hits, the victims will most likely be shocked to death. (Note: Like Suiryuudan.) [B-Rank]
~Sandaa Saaburu~
(Thunder Saber) Through the use of this technique, the user will perform the needed handseals and flow chakra into their hand. The chakra will be highly condensed and will make the user's next punch strike with a heavy, earth shattering, explosive impact. [B-Rank]

~Raiya Houchou~
(Lightning arrow step) By harnessing the earth's electrical fields to generate electricity, this works as long as the user's legs are connected to the earth. When in use, this allows the user to nearly instantly to close short distances and strike within the same motion. Usable at distances of several feet or less, this allows one to deliver an electrically charged palm thrust should it connect. If no contact is made between the ground and the user's legs, this is unusable. There is a downside as the user cannot change directions once the technique is initiated, thus allowing a more skilled opponent to dodge if they see it coming. [A-Rank]
Lightning Release: Lightning Hound
By manipulating lightning chakra into the dominant hand, the user can make the lightning expand to create the form of a hound. The hound-shape remains connected to the user's hand with a bolt of lightning, allowing them to control it during its attack. Being a Lightning Release ninjutsu, it requires a large amount of chakra from the user to maintain and thus is a risk to use with a low chakra supply.

~Fuuton - Fuusajin (Dust Wind)~

Description: This is a Ninjutsu that utilizes the wind element. Using a fan or with the correct elemental affinity, the user can blow a strong current which will cover the surrounding area in dust. This dust will serve to loosen the footing for any opponent who walks nearby.
Limits: Fan Type Weapon or Elemental to Fuuton; can only be used ONCE per turn.
~Kaze Ya no Jutsu (Wind Arrow Technique)~
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: D Rank
Description: The user molds chakra and breathes in. He or she then blows out and an arrow made of wind is shot from the user’s mouth. The arrow cannot be blocked but it can be dodged. Since it is made out of wind the arrow is hard to see. One arrow shot at a time.
~Fuuton Kaze no Senbon (Needles of the Wind)~

Description: The ninja gathers air with his hands and mixes it with chakra, by doing this he transforms them into sharp and deadly needles. The needles are almost invisible so it is hard for the enemies to see them. Because the needles are made of air they cannot be blocked or deflected. The only way to ensure safety is to dodge them.
~Kaze Ya no Jutsu (Wind Arrow Technique)~
Type: Ninjutsu

Description: The user molds chakra and breathes in. He or she then blows out and an arrow made of wind is shot from the user’s mouth. The arrow cannot be blocked but it can be dodged. Since it is made out of wind the arrow is hard to see. One arrow shot at a time.
~Fuuton - Daitoppa (Great Breakthrough)~

Description: This is a Ninjutsu which utilizes the Wind Element. After bringing their hands to their mouth, the user will blow a large blast of wind capable of leveling almost anything in its way.
Limits: Elemental to Fuuton.
~Kamaitachi (Cutting Whirlwind)~
Skill: Ninjutsu
Rank: C Rank
Description: The shinobi uses a fan or the correct elemental affinity to blow a concussive wind that is imbued with their Chakra. When the opponent is caught in the wind, a tornado will raise them into the air and hold them with the Chakra. The wind will then begin to cut the target like a sickle.
Limits: Fan Type Weapon or Elemental to Fuuton.
~Fuuton Furyuu no Jutsu (Wind Dragon)~
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C Rank
Description: Creates a dragon formed from wind. The dragon looks like a large serpent, a traditional Chinese dragon that is twenty feet long. The dragon has a red mane and the rest of his body borders light blue. The color is not distinct because the wind manipulates it from its color to transparency. The dragon can shoot Kaze Kongou from its mouth.
~Kuchiyose Kirikiri no Mai (Summoning Skill: Execution Whirl)~

Requirement: Fuuton Fuuryu (Wind Dragon)
Description: After the user wipes their own blood on the area in front of them or on the offensive weapon they intend to use for the attack, Daikamaitachi No Jutsu is prepared as normal. But instead, when the wind is released, a large summoned weasel, as well as a long pole, two short sickles and a container becomes shaped out of the wind. This is a much more intensified gust of wind that is able to chop down trees with ease.
~Fuuton - Dai Kamaitachi (Great Cutting Whirlwind)~
Skill: Ninjutsu

Effect: Can repel any weapon's projectile attack regardless of dodge stat.
Description: Using a fan or with the correct elemental affinity, the user then blows a concussive wind that is imbued with Chakra. This technique is a bigger version of the normal Kamaitachi no Jutsu, having the ability to cause a great amount of cutting damage to the nearby area.
Limits: Fan Type Weapon or Elemental Fuuton.
~Kaze Kiri no Jutsu (Wind Drill Technique)~
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B Rank
Description: The user creates another arrow from his mouth that is fired from the mouth. This time though the arrow is in the shape of a drill, much like the arrow Kidoumaro uses in his last attack against Neji. The drill passes through stone and tree but once it hits the ground it dispels. This arrow can drill through a person.
~Kaze Gyorai no Jutsu (Wind Torpedo)~
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B Rank
Description: The user gathers a large amount of wind into his lungs and expels it in a single blow. The wind forms a torpedo that is near invisible that launches towards the opponent. Upon contact it explodes with the force of two exploding tags.
~Kaze no Yaiba (Wind Blade)~
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B Rank
Description: Creates a blade of wind around the user’s arm. The sword cannot be blocked due to it being made of wind but it can be dodged. Since the wind is condensed down it does weigh down the user’s arm.
~Hikui Tenkuu Assaku no Jutsu (Low Air Pressure Technique)~
Rank: B Rank
This technique makes the air pressure in a room drop dramatically, causing anyone inside to fall asleep. It can only work in an enclosed area like a building or room.
~Fuuton - Renkuudan (Drilling Air Projectile)~
Skill: Ninjutsu
Rank: A Rank
Description: Renkuudan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. The user inhales a large amount of air into their chest and then expels it in one large explosive burst. To strengthen the attack, they will imbue chakra into the air and then release it in large, spherical projectile shots.
Limits: Elemental to Fuuton.
~Fuuton Fuuryuudan no Jutsu~
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A Rank
Description: Powerful attack that creates a huge surge of wind in the shape of a dragon, which is sent towards the opponent. Large dragon, much like the Suiryuudan in size but made out of wind. If the victim is hit they will suffer great amounts of damage. It will seem as if he or she is stuck inside a tornado.

| Kumosuku Enka no Jutsu: Approved, but I think that a line should be drawn for kekkei genkai-induced mist, fog, etc. ... I don't think such a kekkei genkai exists on this site yet, but just for reference. ^^
Ryuuraidan no Jutsu: ... So... like an instant death? Don't think I like that. maybe just.. fatally wounded. xD
Kaze Ya no Jutsu and Fuuton Kaze no Senbon: I don't like the fact that it can't be blocked or deflected. Couldn't a wind attack of equal strength deflect it?
Fuuton - Dai Kamaitachi: Same thing really. I don't like that it can repel ANY projectile attack. Sure, it could repel most... but I'm sure there are certain weapons that wouldn't be repelled. Like... Weapons... with special.. abilities. Of some sort... yeah. xD
Kaze no Yaiba: Same problem. Cannot be blocked. DISLIKE. D8

| Pandora, I will say a couple of things. >.>
Kumosuku Enka no Jutsu; I get what your saying. Yet, i saw there wasn't one. So, I placed this jutsu up.
Ryuuraidan no Jutsu; No not instant death. The Technique at full power and a direct hit to the chest WILL kill if not treated. So, Heart will mostly be shocke and slowly stop beating, or the person will go into a state of shock adn can't move. YEt, if the person is simply hit with an Indirect burst, Like arm or shoulder. That limb will be shocked bad enough to where it can't be moved for about 4 or 5 posts.
Kaze Ya no Jutsu and Fuuton Kaze no Senbon; The Wind techniques are pure wind with no soild form. They can be dodged, i also just copy and pasted form a site and didn't really read all of them through well. Yet, a wind technique could dispell them. Since, theses are not attached to my body they can be deflecte or blocked IF the person can see them, which simply means they need really good eye or a Kekkei Genkai.
Fuuton - Dai Kamaitachi; This is a B-ranked Technique. The wind in this condensed burst would most likely overpower anything that doesn't have a special ability to go against it. Yet, I doubt anyone would simply go," Hey, i think i will make a weapon that can go through anyhting and can't be blow away by wind." >.>
Kaze no Yaiba; This is a Condesned wind blade that is attached to my arm. The person woul would try to block with a blacde. My WIND blade would simply pharse through i. Since, it is made of WIND.
Pandora, i don't see why you are worried about not being blocked? I didn't say they couldn't dodge it. Mostly, everyone will have good enough eye sight to see them. Unless, of course there is a mist or something blocking there feild of vision. The senbons and Wind arrow are things that are shot. So, they can be blocking if the targeet does it right. If they simply cut at it. It will simply cut it into two things which would still hit the target. So, the target has to think a little bit when faced against things that can't be block. Not being able to block it is simply one hting off the table. They can still completely dodge it. |
