Kekke Gen Kai: Raizo's Blood line is called Lightning Emitter the Jutsu allows him to release lightning out of his body at any given moment or time or absorb lighting tho absorbing can causing him pain varying on how much is absorbed because of Raizo's skill with his kekke genkai he can somewhat manipulate lightning to a small degree eventually creating a Sonic Release

Sonic Release((Some times called Thunder style)): Utilizing his Kekke Gen Kai Raizo releases static electricity in the air creating vibrations of sound ((He does not do this at free will..if he does do it is only for practice or training reasons as he needs jutsus to truly show its power))

Abilities: Ability to flow lightning-natured chakra through blades and weapons to increase their cutting power, similar to Sasuke's own jutsu. Raizo's prowess in Lightning Release techniques is so great, he can even charge a sharp but weak pencil-point to pierce straight through a large tree trunk and even through the ground. The eye seemingly slow down time to their sight to a slower rate and also increases speed of thought and reaction time of the user. In lieu of tailed beast chakra, the Raikage uses this lightning armor to empower himself when performing the Lariat, which would produce the same effects as tailed beast chakra due to his high level power.

The sabre itself can extend to thirteen metres in length when a perfect slash is made through an opponent it acts as a sort of insta-kill as it passes through an Opponent in a split second it shows no damage on the outside tho on the inside the moment it slashes through lightning erupts inside the body shredding apart organs and blood vessels shattering the spinal cord causing paralysis while a pulse shoots up the spine turning the opponent's brain to mush all this happens in just the split second it slashes through...if it does not slash right through the opponent it causes burnt like slashes on the skin..

Raizo is able to increase the vibration frequency of his lightning chakra in the shuriken to surpass the standard penetrative force of wind chakra.
