Description: Chaos Disruptor: A Strange Ability that almost that propels Raishen to unimaginable speeds almost seemingly teleporting his chakra goes out in a small 360 degree orb around him direction when the chakra goes out from his Body Genjutsu which is created by chakra disturbance in the brain is quickly eliminated since chakra is invisible and cannot be seen (Unless you have byuukugon or Sharingon or some other thingy..) It does not slow down time but enhances Raishen's speed to such a rate that time seems to move slow for him as if it almost stopped

Description: This genjutsu Raishen uses the Chaos Disruptor jutsu sending out the orb of chakra over the area encasing it in a dome of chakr and creates images of himself through advance speeds these images are all fake and nothing but illusions while the real Raishen is invisible moving through them he can be detected by smell and sound unlike the Frictional Anonymity jutsu. Because of the Dome of chakra around the area even with the eyes of Sharingan and Buyakugon would have a hard time seeing him as the area is clouded with chakra

Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.

Unlike other clone techniques, they can't be detected by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance, making them indistinguishable from the actual person. In the anime, Sasuke Uchiha claims that the Sharingan can distinguish clones from the original, however various events throughout the series seem to indicate that this is not the case, implying that the Sharingan was merely used to keep track of the original's movements.

When this Orb is thrown it expands to the size of a large orb 3 meters from the center in radius the blast does not destroy but disintegrates almost anything it touches then disperses into the air. The ball moves does not move fast and could be dodged at times and could absorb electricity
