Personality: Raishen is a slightly quiet person who loves to read a good book he is a very quick and logical thinker who sees the world as it tho he never really looks cheerful he never looks dull or gloom either and likes to be alone most of the time reading his books he some what shuns religious and superstitious beliefs unless they have proof due to him at a young age being feared for his Kekke Gen Kai and was some what called the Bringer of chaos because of it
Kekke Gen Kai: Chaos Disruptor: A Strange Ability that almost that propels Raishen to unimaginable speeds almost seemingly teleporting his chakra goes out in a small 360 degree orb around him direction when the chakra goes out from his Body Genjutsu which is created by chakra disturbance in the brain is quickly eliminated since chakra is invisible and cannot be seen (Unless you have byuukugon or Sharingon or some other thingy..) It does not slow down time but enhances Raishen's speed to such a rate that time seems to move slow for him as if it almost stopped. The main source of thus energy is something called Chaos energy that Raishen can tap into from a yet to be known source..

Raishen grew up in the land of lightning with his father as his mother died giving birth to him at a young age Raishen's father noticed he had a strange ability which he claimed to be Chaos Disruptor something said to show itself in times of prolonged peace or prolonged war to admit a change to the world tho others claim it to be just a freak ability ..at the age of 5 Raishen and his father moved to the Village Hidden in the clouds..his father hoped that one day Raishen would be a great shinobi and use his power for good Graduating the academy at a age of 12 Raishen promised to use His power for the good of the village and nothing else
