Kekke gen Kai: Sui Blitz: Hayako has a unique ability to Create snow and ice with just a thought or a wave of the hand Creating blizzards and ice out of the atmosphere and can Manipulate the snow and Ice to her liking creating weapons or other structures.. (( credit to Agito. He was responsible for making this AWESOMENESS)) Name: Icicle Shuriken Rank: D Type: Kekke GenKai Style: Ice Description: Flicks her arms and lets out an array of Shuriken Made of Ice Name: Snow Disturbance Rank: S Type: kekke Genkai Style: Ice Description: Hayako can make it snow around a massive area and detect the other people and their chakra lvls from at least 3 miles away as long as the person is being touched by the snow flakes falling from the sky Name: Icy Fog.. Rank: B Type: Kekke Genkai Style: Ice Description: Using her Kekke genKai Hayako creates a very Cold and Heavy Fog over an Area the Fog is soo cold prolonged exposure of the area will eventually create snow over it.. Name: Lion Blizzard Rank: S Type: Kekke genkai (Ninjutsu) Style: Ice Description: After an Array of Hand signs Hayako can create a Massive blizzard with intense Wind and snow over and area and rip it apart Name: Ice Clone Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Style: Ice Description: this is a clone made of solid ice and is hard to destroy even if an opponent were to destroy a clones arm..using more chakra the clone can easily reform its arm to destroy the clone it must be destroyed completely Name: Snow Clone Rank: C Type: kekke Genkai Style: Ice Description: Hayako creates a clone from the existing snow of an area the clone looks like a snow version of Hayako and moves through existing snow of an Area and is used primarily for spying as the clone can take the shape of anything but while keeping it's snowy texture since the clone is made of snow it can be easily destroyed but is almost impossible to detect Name: Frozen Breath Rank: A Type: Kekke GenKai Style: Ice Description: Hayako blows an extremely cold breath from her mouth that can freeze almost anything Name: Ice Release: Tearing Dragon Fierce Tiger Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Style: Ice Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a giant tiger made out of ice. The user needs a nearby source of ice in order to use this jutsu. This jutsu is cold enough to freeze any Water Release techniques it comes into contact with. Name: Swallow Snow Storm Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Style: Ice Description: This jutsu creates a cluster of ice needles in the shape of miniature swallows, which the user then throws at the opponent. These needles can change direction in midair and will maim the opponent with their sharp wings. Name: One Horned White Whale Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Style: Ice Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a humongous whale, the size of a small island, out of ice to attack their opponent. The user needs a source of ice in order to use this technique. This jutsu is used more as a distraction technique, or to block an opponents movements, because of its size. Name: Water Blast Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Style: Water Description: Hayako Creates a Massive blast of water from her mouth that is capable of breaking threw walls and creating massive damage to an area Name: Water Dragon Jutsu Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Style: Water (Suiton) Description: Water Dragon Jutsu is a technique that will form a projectile from any water surrounding a user or opponent. After a very long series of hand seals, the projectile will rise from the water in the form of an enormous dragon, heading straight for an opponent. Name: Rising Water Slicer Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Style: Water Description: This jutsu will create a fast jet of water running through the ground that is powerful enough to slice through solid rock Name: Lightning Hound Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Style: Lightning Description: By manipulating lightning chakra into the dominant hand, the user can make the lightning expand to create the form of a hound. The hound-shape remains connected to the user's hand with a bolt of lightning, allowing them to control it during its attack Name: Electromagnetic Murder Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Style: Lightning Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu. Name: Lightning Destruction Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Style: Lightning Description: The user places his hands to the ground after converting their chakra to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of lightning that cuts through the ground towards the target. The shape of the bolt is a triangular figure with the base in front of the user and the tip headed towards the opponent. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates with enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

Lion Blizzard, and Snow Disturbance.... I only had a small problem with both of these. they seem a little...eh...strong?
Maybe limit them...or lock them a bit more? Until further training?

Besides that, approved...:D

EDIT: Lightning Destruction...It's approved, but please keep in mind, it can't destroy ANYTHING it comes in cantact with...there are things/ people who can absorb lightning...strength can repel...etc. that's all.

Naaah..Agi is good enough Nick name..XD any way Edited the Snow Disturbance jutsu added a draw back and such and gave it a smaller range

Style: Ice
Description: Hayako can make it snow lightly around a massive area and detect the other people and their chakra lvls from at least 1 mile away as long as the person is being touched by the snow flakes falling from the sky..Hayako must be inside the area affected by the jutsu and be in a slight meditation state in which she cannot move (Can be sitting down being calm and such she can talk and stuff) the longer the jutsu goes on the more chakra it drains and can be used at a maximum time of 2 hours after dispelling the jutsu there is a range of 10-15 min cool down time so her body can use chakra and a 1 min cool down for her to move again
