Altair's Jutsu List (DONE)

2nd Stage Mature Raidengan: This stage allows the user to see chakra flow, able to see if someone is under genjutsu. This stage also allows the user to see fast moving objects or people to be seen at a much slower rate than normal some what in slow motion allowing them to react faster, allowing the user to Copy D-BRank Lightning jutsu with no problem at all, S-rank are only partially copied and need training(3/4 The training of Typical S-rank) , it also allows the user to copy the speed of someone but if they are not used to the speed it drains their stamina heavily speed that requires jutsu cannot be copied and copied speed only lasts as long as they are in close range with whom they copied it from. The eye also lets the user see the nervous system in a living creature and see the electrical flow through them allowing the user to predict the movements of someone, however erratic movements are hard to read. Arashi Raidengan: Arashi Raidengan(Storm's Thunder & Lightning eye) is one of the special stages of the Raidengan, it has the abilities of the first two stages of the Raidengan, however this Eye is not normal and it is very Special, unlike the 2nd stage, this stage is not an evolution but a heightened form of Raidengan which gives the user access to powerful and forbidden techniques. This eye is powerful enough to copy half of an S-Rank lightning jutsu and copy A-rank perfectly and the eye also strengthens lightning techniques that the user uses to a small degree higher than normal. To Obtain this Eye one must have the Mature Raidengan and mastered all the clan's Hiden jutsu and Kekke genkai Jutsu(not including special Eye techs) and have a good mastery of Lightning Jutsu and experience a great stressful moment in battle(E.g Loss of a loved one) or near death experience, after its activation the user can use it when ever they please, the Arashi however drains more chakra than the normal Raidengan((Will use Two dice rolls if two of them is an even number Arashi will be achieved Can't Start with this without my permission))

The Super Vibrating Lightning Release Sword - Altair is able to channel his lightning chakra into weapons , increasing their vibrating frequency and giving it more cutting power than standard wind release techniques and can easily cut through steel. Furthermore, if an opponent is stabbed, their body goes numb due to an electrical current which causes the muscles to go numb, making it impossible for the opponent to move.

Assassin's Creep - Altair is a master of this skill it is similar to that of the silent killing technique. But also implores staying hidden in a crowd masterful of becoming one with the crowd unnoticeable. this technique is simply a very quiet method of killing an opponent, usually from behind with a blade. Additionally, because the user is very silent, it can almost not be defended against. Mastering this ability gives the user something called eagle sense which allows one to be very aware of their surroundings.

Description: Suizen is the second largest of the two largest griffins She is not too fond of battle nor does she have much battle experience Suizen is known as a water griffin and has the ability of Healing and shrinking her size at her smallest she is as large as Akumaru(Shippuden) and at her largest she is as large as Katsuyu(Tsunades summon) She is quite agile in the water and can absorb chakra induced water to replenish her own chakra supply, Her healing ability comes from her saliva which is an anti toxic substance that flows through her body which not only protects her from poisoning but others as well, her saliva when covered over wounds begin to heal a person and can even destroy poisons and contaminants in One's Body through drinking it..(Yea disgusting i know..XD)
Suizen can do a Full body healing for someone On the brink of death need of medical attention by swallowing them and encasing them in her saliva inside her body(Takes 5 posts to fully heal) this full body healing not only replenishes someones chakra to a small degree but also makes them fresh and ready for battle once again In which Suizen would then spit them out

The Denkou clan usually uses this with their Denki Cords to successfully electrocute their target to death, but it also has medical uses as a way to restart ones heart.

The user stores an electrical charge in his/her fingers and his/her palms and strikes the nerve connecting in the opponent confusing/disrupting the nerves of the body (Eg striking multiple times(like 13 times) of the arm the entire arm goes dull and limp for a short time ). After being hit several times with this style around the body the body's nerves will be totally confused making it hard to move due to the nervous system being disrupted. With a Strike the user can set off the nerve struck in the target's body making the brain think the area struck is in SEVERE PAIN. Due to the knowledge of this style the user is able to reveres paralysis in their own nerves, and control their nervous system freely(With red lightning Nerves are damaged to low degree and would need medical attention afterwards with white lightning one strike affects an entire area on the body)

Description: The user is able to summon an enormous amount of foxes created by lightning chakra; formed in a similar way to the Chidori technique. These foxes are controlled mentally and chase down the enemy with an intense speed with the intent to cling via a bite. Upon biting the enemy or getting close enough, the foxes erupt in explosions capable of seriously injuring a target or can be used to paralyze a target. The user seems to be able to summon them without limit, thus overwhelming the enemy with their sheer numbers. Being made of pure lightning energy, certain attacks may not work against them being able to reform/ bend their shape around things (even if they are literally cut into pieces) to continue their attack without pause. The ninjutsu requires a large amount of chakra from the user to maintain and thus is a risk to use with a low chakra supply.

Description: Utilizing the Arashi Raidengan the user's body changes on a molecular level some what becoming one with lightning, the technique allows the user to move as fast as lightning itself but In short slightly uncontrollable bursts, this Jutsu is used mainly to avoid incoming attacks very quickly as the brain waves of the user are running beyond that of any human, the speed of thought is unmatched, in just a split second the user can convert them selves into lightning and dodge an incoming attack in that split second they appear to look like some sort of lightning wolf. Because of how uncontrollable trying to get close to someone is practical out of the question. The Jutsu requires no handsigns, and requires a lot of chakra, it also puts a strain on a person's body after excessive use and can damage muscle tissue after being excessively used. This Jutsu can also be used slightly like a body flicker, by concentrating for a while and finding the location the user can transport them selves there on a bolt of lightning faster than a regular body flicker.

Description: Utilizing the Arashi Raidengan This Jutsu has 3 Stages, the User creates a Beast created from pure lightning, Each person's Beast is different representing their Animal Aura, although some Aura's have been known to change(when they turn from good to evil or vice versa) These Lightning beasts are connected to the user by a pulse of lightning chakra and protects them at all costs. Their Size depends on How much Chakra the user uses(going to the size of Manda is possibly on a full tank of chakra but wont last long >.>)

1st Stage - Skeleton structure: this Stage just creates the Skeleton of the Animal and it has the capability of blocking C-E rank techniques with out any problem or damage How ever it takes 3 B rank techniques to destroy it, 2 A-rank or 1 S rank jutsu to destroy it. The Lightning Beast can attack and venture a distance of 20 meters away from the user

2nd Stage- Tissue Structure: This stage covers the Skeleton Structure of the Animal with muscle tissue of a real animal Increasing its power, The defensive power of this stage is increased as it takes up to 5 B-rank jutsu to destroy or 4 A-rank Jutsu or 2 S-Rank Jutsu. The Beast can now travel to a further distance of 40 Meters away from the user and disallows the Beast to be absorbed by Lightning absorbing techniques or equipment as it is now also being powered not only by the users chakra but by their spiritual energy itself, This however creates a stinging pain on the users body.

3nd Stage - Final Completion Stage : The Lightning Beast is Now complete skin is now added as well as hair/fur The Eyes of the Animal Has the Image of the Arashi Raidengan and there it's body has Lightning like Tattoos on its fur and skin. The Beast Speed is doubled and the Defensive capabilities are Strengthened Allowing it to block B-D rank jutsu with out any problems it takes 6 A-rank or 4 S-Rank jutsu to destroy, The beast can now travel up to 80 meters away from the user and now has Access to the "Raiju Bomb Technique"

Each Stage takes 1 post so 3 posts in total, it is possible to go to the final stage in One Post however this will take ALOT more chakra than if you went by stages. For this jutsu to remain active one must keep their hands clasped in a Tiger seal in the first 2 stages until it reaches its final complete stage if the Beast returns back a lower stage the hands of the user must create the tiger seal again, whenever the user begins to run low on chakra the Beast automatically reverts back 1 stage. The lightning beast has an effect on the user's body drastically wearing them down damaging them making it painful to move.

Raijū : Bomb -Description: When the Raijū Has reached at It's Last Stage it unlocks the potential of the Raijū Bomb a dense sphere of compact energized Lightning created from the Beasts very being the blast is so powerful it rips away from the beast making it drop 1 stage back to the tissue structure stage. When Fully charged the Bomb has the capability of a tailed beast bomb at 1/3 of its power.

Using this technique for extended periods of time will put a drain on a users chakra and body. As such this technique should be used with caution.

Anyone who touches the sides of the wind platform will get thrown away, though anyone may sit or stand on top of it, though staying on it is hard while it’s moving for anyone but the user, as the winds twine around the users legs.

The amount of chakra used for the creation of the clone is directly proportional with the air that is concentrated into the clones solid form. As an added benefit these clones explode with a powerful gust of wind when they are destroyed. The precise chakra regulation of the technique allows the user of technique to create a clone just strong enough for the task at hand regulates the force that the clone releases when destroyed. It should be noted that since this technique explodes upon destruction it can be dangerous when used in range of allies.

It is able to extract and utilize groundwater, and as is very effective most areas, but useless in rocky areas.

The target will comply with interrogation, but seems to retain his or her personality while under hypnosis. For example, when the ANBU used this technique to bring back Naruto's memories about his conversations with Gennō, Naruto was more specific about the ramen he shared with the old man rather than their conversations, which the ANBU were asking about.

The technique was also used, without success, by an unnamed medical-nin to attempt to reverse Menma's amnesia. Menma's memories eventually returned without the aid of the Time Reversal Technique after the Konoha hospital was struck by lightning.

Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.

Unlike other clone techniques, they can't be detected by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance, making them indistinguishable from the actual person. In the anime, Sasuke Uchiha claims that the Sharingan can distinguish clones from the original, however various events throughout the series seem to indicate that this is not the case, implying that the Sharingan was merely used to keep track of the original's movements.
