Raiton however will take care of these clones easily as well as a powerful wind technique. Noob Can also create clones from his own well being literally forming from his body from a oily thick substance that seeps from Noobs pours.

They become a sticky tar substance which traps them from moving and restricts movement. This gives Noob time to attack and kill his enemy when and if he chooses to. However he can also make one big teleportation to teleport to one place and one place only and use up his charges on his teleportation. (Charges meaning chakra). It takes a quarter of his chakra to teleport to a long distance like a different village. He must have been there before first or see a pic of a place before teleporting. He can not perform any other ninjutsu while teleporting. This can be prevented if raiton or electricity is some how transfered through his body by a ninjutsu technique. Prevents him from thinking straight or picturing a place in his mind when all his muscles are tensed up. He also can not teleport while in the middle of a jutsu so this technique is to be used wisely.

Description: After a single handseal he can form shuriken from the dark black siliva in his mouth and shoot out Shuriken at his opponent. He can also form needles and or Kunai from this matter in his mouth. The weapons are pure black after penetration the dark matter react as a poison to other shinobi. Although it will not kill them it will temporarily paralyze them four a few hours. They disperse after penetration into a dark black oily substance so it penetrates their blood stream easily. He can shoot up to five smaller weapons such as Shuriken,needles and Kunai from his mouth at a time.

Then Raiton • Shichuu Shibari is used to stun and trap the target. Finally Otoshi Buta is called forth to imprison the target.

seems OP somewhat you can basically escape from anyfight whenever you please this could be used to escape from fighting all the time it is very much like the instant translocation technqiue goku knows from dragon ball Z. I know you have but a weakness down to it but they still have to hit you with lightning somehow in order to prevent it I dont mind if you change it to 4 times per topic use only and the huge telport distance cannot be used in battle threads it could end up been abuses this way it is fair.

Naw i can only teleport once per thread at a far distance.....or 5 times with in eight meters
