Scorch Manipulation
Shakuton Creation is the blood inheritance limit of Pakura's unnamed Clan which hailed from the Wind Country. This unique Scorch style is formed through the simultaneous usage of two elemental styles, possibly the Fire and Wind. Upon utilizing Shakuton, Pakura could generate scorching spheres which could instantly evaporate the water from an enemy they impact. The victim would then be left a withered husk.

Personality:

He is anything but human in the eyes of those who fight him in battle for the simple fac that he cares not who he hurts. He is a very deadly shinobi and once in battle he will not stop unless he is unable to battle or dies or kills his enemy. If he is unable to battle then he will flee to fight another day. He kills stealthy but deadly force and does not fight directly, in fact he tries to attack his enemies using his ability to go invisible. Its hard to hit him when he can disperse into a void of nothing and reappear else here with in ten meters. He does not like people nor does he like to team up with anyone for any reason.

The only people he will not kill unless pushed is someone weaker than he is which is the only human thing about him. Now there is one way to get him on your side and thats to pay him to kill someone else. He is an assassin for hire. His charge depends on the persons rank and how wanted that person is. If the person he kills pays to kill the one that hired him he will do so a well as a last wish of that person and take the money. If it is one thing he is good at its keeping his word or promise.

Abilities:

His prominent powers are of the shadowy element, being able to completely manipulate it and possessing the ability to teleport as well as render himself invisible by blending in with the shadows. He was also able to manipulate the shadows to increase or decrease the effectiveness of his powers to give his Clones a boost and is able to teleport through the shadows. He can only teleport twice if long distance but he can teleport up to 10X in short distances such as sixteen meters. these abilities are taken one step further, where Noob is shown to not only be able to animate his own shadow (which is called Saibot) into a semi-liquid physical construct of himself, but also to be able to use it to fight his enemies for and alongside him. His intro and loss animations demonstrate the ability to morph into a similarly animated oily-liquid state

Academy years

Noob was a nice boy during his academy years always getting his work done and even made friends with his class mates. He was the one everyone looked up to as a very skilled shinobi even in the academy. He was great with shuriken and kunai tossing them with deadly accuracy and always on key and target. When sparring he was the one that always one because of his Unhuman like abilities of teleporation. People thought he had a Keikkei Genkai at one time but it is not. He is just one of those special shinobi you find every once in a while with amazing abilities. People looked up to him and even the teachers had great expectations for him. After six years in the Academy and becoming the ripe age of twelve years old he graduated with his class mates.

Genin Years

As he progressed to Genin he learned to use his abilities slowly but surely with the help of his Sensei Hanzo Genkai. He never really knew anything about his parents nor has he ever met them since they were dead. His first ability he learned as a Genin was his ability to create clones from a near by shadow. Although they looked to be made of a liquid oily substance when impacted into or destroyed. They look just like him except they are dark black and look like evil minions. He gave a name to these clones known as Saibots and his Sensei was proud of him and he seen the potential this boy had. Later he developed a new version of his clones that when hit with hand to hand combat or close range. They fall apart and form around the enemy into a thick tar substance trapping the enemy in a tar wrap prison. After a while he developed a few friends which his sensei soon formed them into an alliance. It was his squade of three which the kage then assigned them as an official team. Hanzo Genaki being their sensei and was proud. His teammates were Suki Tai and Seiko Ban which Suki was skilled in taijutsu and healing abilities. Seiko Ban was skilled as a Chakra Sensor and together they formed a great Alliance.

Him and his team Completed various missions together with the help of his Sensei Hanzo Genaki and using his Abilities of his clones to trap enemies. Suki healed her injured team mates when and if they ever got injured and fought in close quarter combat. Seiko Ban used his Sensory skills to find the targets. They worked well together in capturing teams and even killing them if they had to. They only went on these kind of missions with their sensei but by them selves they only did missions with in the village. Now was the time for the chuunin exams and they were well trained. In the time that the chuunin exams had come along Noob gained a new ability to teleport. Now this ability at his level he could only do three times before he ran low on chakra. During the exams they all passed the first exam which was just a paper exam answering questions. They passed the test seeing as they were tested to see if they could cheat with out getting cought. Using a clone to do the work and gain intell and sending it to his clone. He did this by going invisible and learning the answers from other smart shinobi. Luckily he got all but one question right. He gave the answers to his class mates swiftly and quietly.

The second exam was abit harder than the first since they had to collect two of the three scrolls since one of them already possessed a scroll. Noob and Suki would be doing most of the fighting while Seiko found them using his sensory. They ran into some sand shinobi which was a bit difficult since they used sand and wind techniques. Drake used his ability to create clones from shadows and formed a clone from the three ninjas shadows. After that they were attacked from behind. They made the mistake of kicking and punching the clones only to get bound by their tar like body substances. Noob simply left them stuck their and took off with his team mates. After collecting that scroll they sent off to find their next pray to kill and or take the scroll from.

After the first exam was over they were immediately sent to the next exam that day with out question. The next opponents they ran into were from the cloud village and they were very strong shinobi. When he tried using his technique of clones against his enemy this time they used raiton to try to disperse it. All three of them could use raiton yori and that is what killed his clones. It seems he had finally found his abilities weakness and it was raiton techniques and that was good to know. He tossed a Shuriken at each of them and each of them put their attention on the shuriken. He then performed a hand seal and isntantly transported behind them through his shadow and appeared out of theirs. He broke ones neck while kicking ons leg and breaking it. The third one went for the kill when suki hit him in the back with a Kunai right through the spine. He simply left the one with the broken leg and took the scroll. He and his teammates then went on their way and waited at the designated area they were instructed to.

A couple days later the third exam had started and this was the final part of the exam and they were all three here in one peace. In this battle it was easy since they took the cloud and sand shinobi out. They were some of the strongest to battle and since they will not be here to participate it is just three villages now, sound, Mist and Waterfall. This battle did not take long although since the sensory did not have much fighting skill in his group he was the one that actually lost. Noob and Suki prevailed but when it came to the last fight it was just Noob who was left on his team. His other two teammates were out. Noob fought against a mist shinobi and this was going to be an easy fight. The mist shinobi charged at him with a Kunai and at that moment Noob fell back with his arms folded like a mummy. He disappeared into his shadow. He emerged from a shadow to the left but was using the shadow to become invisible so he was unseen. He tossed a exploding tag at the boy and the boy attempted to use the bursting collission wave jutsu but right when he began spewing out water the tag exploding right beside his head. Lucky for him it only gave him brain trama and bad burns but did not kill him. He as out and Noob at emerged victoriously and for that he was given the rank Chuunin and was also given a vest.

Chuunin Years

At chuunin he never really got to spend time with his friends and Sensei and only got to see his sensei when he got sent on missions together with him. His teammates were still genin but had the capability of chuunin. They just have not earned their rank yet and He is sure they will get it in the next few years. Noob mostly went on B rank Missions by himself for the simple fact he was really good with handling himself. He has always been good with handling himself even against multiple enemies. The only downfall about his abilities is he needs shadows to use most of them. He uses them to his advantage though on most of his missions then and the only thing about his teleportation he has learned is he must hold the tiger hand seal and can't perform other techniques until he has released his technique. That is why he usually blends in the shadow and becomes invisible. Only people with Doujutsu will beable to see his inner coil system.

He has earned the trust of many over the years as a chuunin and he did not plan on taking that for granted. He had become the personal assistant of his Kage in his village and the right hand man. The kage after a while offered him a position as the leader of wolf pack Anbu division because of his stealthy abilities. He would be a great wolf pack leader and that was the start of his Anbu Career.

Anbu Years

His years in Anbu was one of the great points in his life because he had gotten the missions know one else would even think about doing. Him and his pack were the best at what they did and they never hestitated when attacking. His Anbu Division was fearless and never took forgranted or for chumps. Their names began spreading across shinobi nations. They even did missions for other villages that no one in their villages would do. That was when he got the name assassin for hire. At this time he and his division only took criminals but never accepted missions to kill innocent shinobi by other ninja who were filled with hate.

One mission he was sent to do was to spy on Akatsuki and get intel from them and this was a mission he was sent to do alone. He was the only one in his division that could do it with out getting caught by Akatsuki. His ability to teleport and become invisible was great and even if he was to get caught they would never catch the real him. He would use a clone to catch their attention as it went out for an attack if he was to be caught while he escaped. At this point his teleportation got stronger. He could only teleport long distances one time and only to one destination. He has the ability to teleport anywhere with in twenty five meters at least eight times before he can't anymore or once for a long distance. During his mission he was doing a Black ops mission. Getting information on the inside of Akatsuki using their dark shadowy cave as his hiding place. He caught bits and pieces of them talking about doing something with tailed beast but then he was caught by a sharingan user. He fled after creating a clone to create the illusion that he was still standing their. He teleported out back to his village. Ever since then they have not sent him back just so they could let things cool down a bit.

Jounin/High jounin Years

Years later after many years of hard work he had finally got promoted to the rank of jounin at the age of twentyseven. He got assigned a squade of three and he taught them many things besides teamwork. He taught them honor, courage and comittment. That was their shinobi way and to never let pride over ride them three characteristics. They went through many missions together when he was not out on a mission of his own. He even trained them up for the chuunin exams and he could not be more proud. Only one of them become a chuunin during the chuunin exams but that was the way it worked. In the end only one would become a chuunin but they all get a chance every year.

three years later after all his group had become chuunin and did various missions together they never really got to see each other much after that. The only time they got to see each other was when they got time off. That was a rare thing for them though and Noob had finally become the rank of High Jounin. He was a retired Anbu and a very strong Shinobi and smart at that. One day he voer heard the Hokage talkingabout the death of his family and how they really died. It was the Hokage before them and the current Kage was a high rank Sannin at this time. He was sent to kill his parents by the past Kage for suspicious acts of working with a enemy Village. Noob could not Believe this so he Teleported out of the area for a bit but he did not flee the village, only went somewhere to think. After hours of thinking he decided he would just let it go.

RP Sample:

During an assassin hire he wassent to kill his former Tsuchikage and by now he was sure he would beable to pull it off. On his arrival the gate keeper went to sound the alarm but was killed by Noobs clone which appeared from a shadow behind him with a Katana. He entered through the back way in the village. He made a hand seal and teleported with in the Tsuchikages office. A shadow in the corner consealed him from his enemy and former Tsuchikage and he was wearing his all black Anbu outfit. Since then he has become so corrupt he had created a technique to become like a shadow literally. His skin and all pure black and his eyes glow white. He looked like a monster yet he still could die like a human and even his blood was black. The kage stood up and looked around the room and chuckled and said that he knew he would come back for him one day.

Noob speed from the shadow revealing himself but all the Kage would see was a Kunai with chain heading straight for his head. In a quick movement he dispersed from his area leaving a stone clone behind. Noob retracted the chain but at that time the Tsuchi at burst from the sealing and kicked him through the top window of the building and had him fall through a building. Black blood spewed from his face when he was kicked and he soon got up and the tsuchi was on him again. Noob Teleported behind him with an elbow in the back of the head sending him to the ground.His hand seals being sof ast he had finished his hand seals before the tsuchi hit the ground. A clone came from the shadow in front of him with a sword coming down straight for his head. The Tsuchi dodge and used the dust element technique on the clone which was a stupid move. He was in a adrenalin rush so he was thinking he had teleported in front of him but to find out that was not the real Noob. Noob had already landed by this time and came up behind him with a Scythe cutting through his torso and this fight only lasted a few minutes. He teleported away at the time Jounin found out what was going on and Anbu surrounded the area.

It was to late, Noob had left and with out a trace was gone in an instant and collected his bounty but before he had left he took the tsuchi's head as a prize. This showed he got the job done was paid about 30million ryo.

And your bio suggests you fled the Stone village? I would like to inquire as to how you obtained that Tsuchikage rank and who approved of this app

Akane and i forgot who but someone on staff really wanted me to be come tsuchikage,...i wanted to be a nukenin which is missing ninja or rogue ninja in japanese...i was originally approved for missing ninja
