| Kekke Genkai: Acceleration Displacement - Goran's ability is moving at extremely high speeds. Though able to outrun, and dodge just about any attack, Goran doesn't seem to have complete control over it, often colliding with surrounding objects during the short periods that the ability is active. This is likely due to the rapid de-acceleration required in stopping and altering direction. His reaction timing is twice as great as a human being's This ability's central downside, is that running into some objects at the velocity Goran achieves is highly dangerous, and at his speed, running into objects, if there are any in his path, is essentially inevitable, as he has trouble taking sharp turns when he activates his powers. Goran must eat large amounts of food due to his high metabolism mostly because of the ability, Another downside is that overuse of this ability gives Goran muscle pain and he cannot go in 5 feet of another human being with this technique. Abilities: Ability to flow lightning-natured chakra through blades and weapons to increase their cutting power, similar to Sasuke's own jutsu. Goran's prowess in Lightning Release techniques is so great, he can even charge a sharp but weak pencil-point to pierce straight through a large tree trunk and even through the ground. Goran is able to do this by increasing the vibration frequency of his Red lightning chakra to surpass the standard penetrative force of normal Lightning Chakra.

Description: This jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist, reducing visibility within the affected area. The density can be controlled by the user, allowing them to create a mist so thick that even they can't see through it. Though it can't fool the Byakugan, against the Sharingan it is a most effective technique. Due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan-user will see the mist colored by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.
Unlike other clone techniques, they can't be detected by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance, making them indistinguishable from the actual person. In the anime, Sasuke Uchiha claims that the Sharingan can distinguish clones from the original, however various events throughout the series seem to indicate that this is not the case, implying that the Sharingan was merely used to keep track of the original's movements.

They will act completely coherent, however, almost as if it is of their own volition, but they will not listen to reason. Once defeated, they return to normal with no memory of the events.
