Personality: Unlike his younger brother Raiko, Raizo is a cold and seemingly emotionless person using only logic for choices and such..he is also a sort of alcoholic tho he never gets drunk he also shows a great distaste for his adopted brother Jiro seeing him as someone who should not even bear the clan name..

Bio: Raizo grew up in the cloud village with his family and the great Yotsuki clan. He was the first born of his mother and father, and few years later his younger brother Raiko was born. They were a competitive pair of siblings from the moment they could walk, training together day after day.
One day after a long mission their mother and father returned home to the village, bringing with them a child which they named Jiro and adopted into their family. Being the kind and gentle person Raiko was, he adored his new adopted brother while Raizo did no such thing.
Time went on and Raizo grew more cold towards Jiro. Eventually at the age of 15, Raizo became a Jounin and became distant from his clan and even his brother Raiko.

Time moved on as Raizo separated himself from his clan and family; at the same time quickly becoming famously known as the Lightning Sage Of the cloud. His power was immense, nearing that of the Raikage though he was not actually praised; more so feared and rejected than praised and called a hero. The fact was that Raizo was a cold person eventually began to resent the village of his birth, and those who hated him . Leaving the village on acceptable terms, he began to travel the world. Drink became an increasingly abused treat as Raizo became an alcoholic, even though he never could get drunk. Settling down in the Village of Valia, he continued his training in peace.
