Chakra Natures: Fire and Lightning

Fire -

He can use fire tech and he can manipulate it into any form and temperature, and easily make new techniques.

Lightning Techniques - He doesn't know that many lightning tech.

Chidori - A technique where lightning chakra comes around Obito's hands, which causes a strong attack.

Raikiri - A stronger version of chidori and it can CUT through lightning.

Lightning Clones - Clones of lightning.

Lightning Armor - Lightning comes around Obito, acting as his armor.

Lightning Dragon - He causes dragons of lightning to come and attack his opponent.

Lightning Swords - He can make lightning into any weapon.

but I do have a slight problem with the raikiri and chidori attacks...they belong to kakashi, and because canon characters are allowed on the site...I rather don't think you should be able to use those powers until we get a Kakashi who trains you/says you can...
But...vleh. I honestly prefer not to care. Easier that way. Just watch your back if Kakashi signs up...xD
