Dust Release: Detachment of the Primitive World Technique
The user uses Dust Release to create a structure, with a sphere located at its centre, between the palms of his hands. The structure expands rapidly in size when being propelled towards its intended target and traps them inside its confines. The sphere then seems to explode with a tremendous amount of force, while the exterior walls of the structure effectively restrict the size of the blast radius, resulting in the destruction of everything and anyone caught within as they are pulverised into minute particles of dust.

So much fail happening in one place... I am going to rage. First off shao this isn't Pein's technique he isn't absorbing any jutsu. But his description was horrible so I can see how you got confused. @zen: You sir don't even know what your talking about. For starters your description is dumb, there have been many types of chakra absorption techniques, but they are jutsu. But they are not jutsu, they are classified as "special abilities." You how ever took a fusion of something I believe is from Wiki. That technique requires physical contact, you description states this: "The user doesn't have to actually touch the opponent, since it is also possible to use it through other media." That is referring to the short battle between Kisame and Aoba. Aboa fired chakra metal wires into Kisame attempting to electrocute him with lightning chakra. But Kisame had a special ability that allowed him to absorb chakra from all over his body, and they wires with a media for his ability. Which allowed him to absorb all of Aoba chakra in seconds.

Now NO one, and I repeat NO one can absorb chakra through the air. You need a media, such as chakra metal or something. So you technique failed and because your character has called himself "God of the Underworld." You have drawn yourself to my character, Hakai Hozuki, God of Water and once Demon of the Mist. Description: A stronger version of the Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave. With it, the user spits out a large amount of water, covering an entire area with crushing, unavoidable waves. The water then forms into a giant orb, instead of letting it flow freely like the original. The massive water orb will move with the user has they act as the center.

Version 1-Senbonzakura (千本桜, "Thousand Cherry Blossoms"):Senbonzakura's blade separates into a thousand slender, tiny blade fragments, which then fly away from the hilt, leaving only the sword's handle in Minato's hand. Senbonzakura is rendered near-unstoppable. While the blades are supposedly too small to be seen normally, they reflect light in such a way as to appear as cherry blossom petals. By swinging Senbonzakura's hilt, Minato can control the blade fragments at will, allowing him to shred opponents at a distance and break through almost any defense. The blades are also used for defensive purposes, as they can even protect Minato from an incoming sword swing.

Version 2-Senbonzakura Kageyoshi (千本桜景厳, Vibrant Display of a Thousand Cherry Blossoms): is essentially a much larger version of Senbonzakura. To activate it, Minato needs to drop his sword straight down. The sword phases into the ground, as though it were a pool of water. Chakra ripples expand out, turning the surrounding area dark, and within seconds, two rows of a thousand giant blades rise up from the ground. Those thousand swords then scatter and countless flying blades pierce the enemy. No one knows the exact number of blades generated and no one can see the movements of those blades.The number of blades is great enough that Minato can use them for defense as well as offense at the same time. He commonly forms them into large masses, designed to obliterate opponents instantaneously. As it moves through the air like torrents of waves, it gives the appearance of cherry blossoms flowing swiftly along with the wind.Minato's defensive use allows him to cover himself entirely in these tiny blades, and form a body shield. Unlike Senbonzakura, his Senbonzakura Kageyoshi is entirely mentally controlled. While Minato can control the blades with his mind alone, using his hands allows him to do so more effectively, making the blades increase in speed three fold.

True Version-Senkei (殲景, Slaughterscape; Viz: "annihilate"): The true form of Senbonzakura is created by his blood, which glows and turns into chakra, mixing with the tiny blades of his Senbonzakura. This unites the scattered petals into complete glowing swords, numbering in the thousands, that form four rows. These rows float just above the other, and circle around Minato and his opponent in a continuously moving, column-like array. It abandons defense in favor of a concentrated offense. Though visually menacing, this form is not meant for attack from all sides; rather, it is to concentrate his power into fewer blades, thus increasing his attack power. While Minato can mentally control these swords as he does his regular blades, he commonly calls them to his hands for actual melee combat. When in his hand, they lose their glow, and take the form of his sword. While they seem solid in this state, the swords can just as easily dissipate back into the multitude of tiny blades that they are made up of. It seems to take fewer blows from a Senkei blade to gravely injure an opponent than the multiple cuts needed from the unfocused Senbonzakura. The Senkei also cages himself with his enemy, allowing neither combatant to move very far from each other, though the area is still large enough for maneuverability. The most effective use of the Senkei form is that it allows for use of all the swords at the same attack level, making it highly versatile as a way to effectively defeat an enemy unaware of the danger of the situation. It is extremely rare for him to use this ability, doing so only when he has sworn to cut down the opponent with his very own hands.

The Alligator - a massive blade he inherited from his father, it is eight feet long, three feet wide and two inches thick. It is extremely heavy, and is very strong, easily slicing a person in half or standard shinobi weapons. It is used to thrust, slice, stab, and even thrown with amazing speed and power. There are several handles along the blade, allowing for Hakai to wield it from various points with great skill. The blade itself is made of Adamntine and as it is indestructible. As is the way of the Seven Swordsmen, this blade is passed down from one ninja to another. With the sword the Crocodila contract is passed down as well, for this sword is actually part of that contract. For the sword is actually a living summoning Alligator, that transforms into this legendary blade. *See summoning for the summon that transforms into his blades.*

The sword like all of the Seven Legendary Blades has a name. It is called the "unstoppable sword" as no ninja jutsu or technique can stop this blade. It is impervious against chakra based defenses or offensives. It can cut, slice and block ninja techniques without any damage. Hakai is able to free form control this legendary blade. Because the blade is alive and a summoning it can move itself and even talk to Hakai. The blade can hover and move around the battle field at free will. When it enters this state is has a light neon blue glow. Hakai sends the blade and controls it by directing it with two fingers. The blade is at his strongest as he is able to move at above S rank speeds. In combination with its special ability it the sword is high dangerous to ninja who specialize at ninjutsu or long range battles. Hakai can also use the sword a shield, because of its size Hakai can hide behind it. It truly is a fearsome blade. Which is why it is one of the Seven Legendary Swords of the Hidden Mist.
