Walter's Puppets and Jutsu

• Puppet Mastery: Walter has such control over his puppet techniques and his puppets that he is able to control ten puppets with ten puppet strings. By removing his shoes, Walter has mastered the ability to generate chakra strings from his toes to create ten more strings and control ten more puppets with his toes for a total of using twenty puppets at once.
  
  
  
• Wire mastery: Walter through years of practicing with long razor sharp wires he has come to be able to use twenty long wires each fifteen metres in length in combat two wires per finger. However when the wires unravel they reveal to be ten wires each thirty metres long which he can manipulate to form sharp wire nets or walls of metal wires.
  
  
  
• Fuuinjutsu: Advanced Level: Walter unlike the other areas is not a mastery of Fuuinjutsu nor is he an expert. Walter is above Novice and has achieved the rank of a Level three Fuuinjutsu user an Advanced user of Fuuinjutsu.

Artinium

Artinium is a metal constructed by Walter. He forged together Iron, Titanium and metal he found from a fallen meteorite. Using the forges he combined the three metals together to create a new metal as strong as titanium and lighter than the metal and just as durable. The iron combined with the other metals and the meteorite metal makes sure the metal doesn't rust when it comes in contact with salt, water and air.

Name:Monomolecular razor sharp metal chakra conducting wires x10

Length: 30 metres long, folded in half to make 20 wires fifteen metres long
Ability: Razor sharp chakra conducting metal wires. They are thinned and sharpened to the point of slicing through metal and solid concrete. With enough control they can be used to bind and control intended targets.
Material: The wires are made of a metal created by Walter during his years. Walter fused together iron, titanium and metal from a fallen meteorite forging the three together to create Artinium. Artinium a metal lighter than titanium but far durable then titanium and the meteorite metal that had fused with it. Artinium is capable nearly impossible to break as it can resist the force of titanium. Artinium is capable of absorbing shock waves.
Appearance: Takes the shape of long thin metal chakra conducting wires with titanium. The wires are very long able to reach up to 30 metres in length when unfolded. The wires have been thinned to the point they are incredibly sharp and can slice through human flesh, metal and concrete. He is able to form mesh shields out of his wires and can bind his targets and control them like puppets. Walter folds his wires in half to make twenty that he can control to his whim.

Name:Setsuna x2

Wings: Both of Setsuna's wings the ends of the feathers are senbon launchers. Walter can aim Setsuna's wings and the feathers will open back and senbon needles will shoot forward. At a single moment she can fire up to a total of 1000 senbon needles before she runs out of needles. her wings of made of artinium allowing for light flight but strong durable wings.

Katana: Setsuna carries two long four feet katana which Walter can use her for close range combat to confront opponents with her twin swords.

Voicebox: All of Walter's puppet contain a seal within their throats that is connected to a seal on Walter than when chakra is channelled through the seal on his body, it transmit chakra waves to his puppets allowing him to talk through his puppets but his voice is altered.
Material Setsuna's body has been constructed out of different materials in order for her body to feel like that of an actual womans. Her outer layer is metal Artinium, but her outer layer is a human skin like substance engineered by Walter. Walter practiced with the design of Setsuna's body to allow her to be used for seduction missions if needed. Her outer skeleton is made of Artinium along with her wings. Her two katana are made from the same material ensuring they don't break in combat.

Setsuna is a female type puppet created by Walter to look like a human. She is 5'4 foot tall with long black hair tied up on the left side of her head. She has large white wings coming out of her back giving her the ability of flight. She carries twin katana in each hand and is designed as a trained swordsmen.

Hajime Saito is a puppet that specialises in Sword combat known as the Gatotsu. Hajime Saito has different seals on its body aimed on its legs to help increase the puppets speed. The puppets speed rivals that of a High Jounin allowing for fast combat with its sword.

MaterialHajime Saito like Setsuna has a human like appearance with a human skeleton made of Artinium allowing for the puppet to be strong, durable and light in combat. Its Kimono and katana are both made of the same metal Artinium, the kimono acting like armour and its sword for combat.

This puppet is a male class puppet taking the shape of a human. He stands at 5'10 foot wielding a long katana dressed in a white and blue battle kimono. This puppet is the fastest of all Walter's puppets its speed at least the level of a High Jounin.

Ball and Chain: In Hiroshi's left arm he has a long 30 metre chain and an iron ball the size of a fully grown mans fist. The chain and ball is used to distort Walter's opponents or to bind them in place awhile he or his puppets deliver the final blow.

Kunai Launcher: In Hiroshi's right arm is a fitted kunai launcher. His hand will come up and the barrel of the launcher. It is able to shoot 30 kunai a minute and has a total of 300 kunai loaded into it at once.

Speed: Hiroshi is Walter's second faster puppet able to match medium Jounin level speed through the use of two seals on each of its legs designed to build its speed.

Kenjutsu: Hiroshi carries a long five foot Odachi for close range combat.

Material Hiroshi's body designed as a human puppet skeleton is made of artinium so is his body, covered by a material like skin to give it a human appearance. Its odachi is constructed of the same Artinium allowing the blade to be nearly impossible to break in combat.

Name:Kuro Tenshi (Dark Angel)

Flame throwers: In the top four arms of Kuro Tenshi's arms is a flamethrower. His hands will lift up and the barrel of the flamethrowers will move out. When the flames shoot from the Kuro tenshi can fuse together for a stronger jet of flames. Individually they have the power of a B class katon Jutsu together an A class.

Shuriken Launcher: in Kuro Tenshin's bottom arms is a spring loader Shuriken launcher. His hands can lift up and numerous shuriken will shoot out ten per second. Kuro Tenshi can store up to 500 shuriken in each arm, thanks to a seal implanted in its arm containing the shuriken.

Senbon launchers: Each of Kuro Tenshi's wings are capable of firing senbon needles. The end of the feathers opens up and the launchers extend. Each wing has a set of seals inside that store and contain up to five thousand Senbon needles that when triggered allow for Kuro Tenshi to fire the senbon.

Bomb Launcher: Inside of Kuro Tenshi's mouth is a launcher capable of firing a small ball coated in exploding tags. The ball is covered in fifteen explosive tags. he stores twenty in his torso

Swords: Kuro Tenshi wields 6 katana each four feet in long, each constructed from Artinium.

Wings: Kuro Tenshi has four large metal wings made from Artinium allowing for them to act as shields and act as flight.
MaterialKuro Tenshis exo skeleton is constructed out of Artinium so is its body acting as an armour for combat. Its six katana are constructed from the same material allowing them to be used in combat against Walter's enemies from close combat.
Appearance: The Kuro Tenshi is a 7 foot tall male with six arms. His hair is black as night and spikes down his back. On his back are four large metal wings made entirely of Artinium positioned on his back to be used for flight. He is dressed in a black battle kimono. Kuro Tenshi has six katana on its back.

Tail: Tora's tail can disconnect into a three piece staff each piece connected by a chain which tora uses as nunchaku

Kunai launcher: The shoulders of Tora's legs are capable of opening up to reveal mini kunai launchers capable of firing kunai 1/5 of a regular kunai's size. Tora stores up to 500 mini kunai in each leg thanks to the use of storage seals.

Poison: Tora's claws and fangs are all tipped in a poison that when injected kills its victims slowly and painfully
Material Tora's entire exo skeleton and body is constructed of Artinium allowing for it to survive in close combat. Its claws and fangs are made of the same Artinium along with the chain pieces connecting its three section staff.
Appearance:
Tora takes the form of a giant 7 foot tall white tiger. Tora has large canine that stick out of its mouth with long sharp claws on each foot and a longer than normal tail.

Kimi is a puppet that looks like a human used for infiltration. The puppet wields a long double edged 5'5 foot sword made from Artinium to be used in close combat.

Senbon Launchers: Her arms arm filled with twin Senbon launchers that store 500 senbon in each arm. Her fingers can open up to fire ten Senbon at a time. Each of them tipped with poison. The senbon are stored through seals placed inside the puppets arms.

Womanly Body: Kimi's entire body was designed after that of a woman to the point if someone made love to this puppet it would feel like making love to a real woman as she was designed to be just like one for the purpose of seduction and assassination

MaterialThe puppet Kimi is designed just like Setsuna her body designed to be similar to that of a female human. Her skeleton is made of Artinium covered by a material similar to skin. Walter designed the puppet to be used for seduction and infiltration missions through the use of its female body.

Fans: Yuki's fans are edged on the end they are sharp enough to cut through human flesh with ease. Each fan holds a hidden knife a total of ten in each fan which she can throw by flicking her fangs

Poisonous lips: Yuki's lips are laced in one of Walter's deadly poisons so if she kisses Walter's target the poison will slip into their mouth and quickly kill them

Womanly Body: Yuki's entire body was designed after that of a woman to the point if someone made love to this puppet it would feel like making love to a real woman as she was designed to be just like one for the purpose of seduction and assassination

Material Yuki's body like Kimi's, Setsuna and Anna's was made to be as closely to that of a woman's. Samurai Armour: The puppets body is covered in strong armour resembling a samurai. His armour is constructed of Artinium like his swords allowing him to block C level techniques and below. His armour is capable of taking up to 6 B level Ninjutsu or 2 A class Ninjutsu before shattering.

MaterialAmidamaru like all of Walter's puppets are constructed of Artinium, its skeleton, armour and swords. It has a layer of Artinium around its body covered by a skin like material to give it a human like appearance.

Halberd: Lu Bu wields a massive halberd as its main weapon. The massive halberd can only be used by Lu bu. Chakra can be channelled through it by the puppet user to increase its power. The halberd is made of artinium and has numerous seals on it preventing it from being used by others. Walter placed a seal upon it so if it is touched by anyone other than his Lu Bu puppet they would receive a nasty shock.

Armour: Lu bu's entire torso is made of Artinium to help Lu bu with stand a large number of attacks allowing Lu Bu to continue attacking a large mass of opponents without slowing down.

Material: Lu Bu like all of Walter's puppet is made entirely of Artinium. His body is shaped like armour allowing him to take a large number of attacks and plough through Walter's enemies.

Flamethrowers: Each of Kyuubi's tails contains a single barrel flame thrower. The tails can be aimed. The tails will slide back as the barrels slide out. The flames erupted will be as powerful as a B class Katon Ninjutsu individually. Combined they are as strong as two A Class Ninjutsu

Spiked fur: When Chakra is channelled into Kyuubi's skin the fur spikes up turning as sharp as a blade.

Grenade Launcher: Kyuubi can open its mouth and fire grenades from its mouth. Each grenade has the explosive power as 20 explosive tags

Poison mist: Kyuubi is able to release a stream of poison gas from hits nostrils. The poison when it is breathed in will take effect and kill its victims in 5 posts.

Poison fangs and claws: Kyuubi's claws and fangs are coated in a deadly poison that once injected into its victim will kill them painfully and slowly in 10 posts

Material:Kyuubi's entire skeleton is made of Artinium as well as its body, its fur made of the same material to be used like armour to protect Walter while he travels inside the puppet.

Chuu: Diao Chans main weapon is a chuu which consists of a large titanium pall on a long titanium handle. The puppet is able to wield both weapons and when the puppet attacks each strike is strong enough to break bones of where the blow was struck and bones in the surrounding area

Kunai launcher: Diao Chan's arms are both loaded with a kunai launcher inside. The palm of her hands will open up to fire miniature kunai. 100 kunai are stored in each arms thanks to storage seals.

Sleeping gas: Diao Chan can release a gas from her mouth. The gas when it is breathed in can knock an opponent out in an instant. They stay knocked out for a total of 5 posts.

Womanly Body: Diao Chan's entire body was designed after that of a woman to the point if someone made love to this puppet it would feel like making love to a real woman as she was designed to be just like one for the purpose of seduction and assassination

Poison Mist: Sun Quan can open his mouth and release a long jet of poisonous gas that looks clear so it can't be seen. When the mist is inhaled it eats away at the victims insides killing them. The victim dies after 5 posts.

Material:Sun Quan like all of Walter's puppets are constructed of Artinium, its skeleton, armour and swords. It has a layer of Artinium around its body covered by a skin like material to give it a human like appearance.

Bow: Out of all of Walter's puppet Ishida is the first of his long range puppets. Ishida has seals placed on its hands and wrists that allow for Walter to channel his chakra through the puppet and into its hands. Ishida carries a long bow that can harness the chakra channelled through ishda that when the string is pulled back creates a blue arrow that can be fired through the air.

Material: Ishida's entire body is made of Artinium like all of Walter's puppets allowing him to take powerful hits if needed.

Appearance: Tiny is a small puppet made of Artinium. The puppet is ten centimetres in height and looks like a wooden doll but made of metal.

Senbon launchers: In each of Flynoids wings are a senbon launcher one in each wing with a storage seal storing one hundred senbons. The launcher fires a single senbon at a time. Its wings are twenty centimetres in length.

Material:
Appearance: Flynoid is a dragon fly like puppet fifteen centimetres in length with a wingspan of twenty centimetres. Its body is a shade of black so is its wings allowing for it to hide in shadows.

Description:The Puppet Technique is a unique ninjutsu fighting style; this jutsu uses threads of chakra to control puppets like marionettes. Any number of chakra threads can be used to control a puppet, but users with more skill can use fewer strings per puppet. Both Chiyo and Sasori demonstrated the ability to control entire puppets perfectly using just one thread. While most puppeteers would normally be able to control ten puppets at most (one per finger), Sasori's self-modification allowed him to control up to one hundred puppets at a time.

This technique appears to be common amongst Sunagakure ninja.

Description: Walter creates a gust of wind that layers an area in loose sand and dust. Doing so also acts as a sandblaster on the surrounding area. This layer of sand that accumulates on the trees during this technique makes it difficult for others to get a good footing. The initial gust can also temporarily blind opponents by lodging sand in their eyes.

Name: Fūton: Daitoppa (Wind Release: Great Beakthrough)

Description: This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.

Description: A powerful wind technique which is released by Kakuzu's wind-element mask. A tornado-like mass is compressed until it has a very high density and is then released. The wind pressure is raised to its highest limit, and once the technique hits the target, the resulting blast sweeps everyone off their feet.

If the technique is used by someone who has mastered wind nature transformation, the blast can hit a vast range, inflicting massive damage on both the target and their surroundings.

A technique for physical restraint, quite as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. This is a basic ninjutsu usable even by Genin, but its intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level. In addition, depending on the user, the technique can be cast on every target at once, and won't fail a shinobi during his missions. This debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again or, in some cases, take the target into custody.

Description: At first glance it seems like a regular Clone Technique, but the Haze Clone uses a cunning trap to lure out the enemy. Using this technique together with the Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish Technique, the enemy is led to believe that the real body is among the clones. As the Haze Clones are not physically real, the attack will just pass through them. While attention is drawn to the clones, the real body attacks from the blind spot. During the illusion and resulting chaos, the enemy, who is caught up in the technique, can be easily defeated.

Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.

A characteristic that is unique to the Shadow Clone Technique is that any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target, then have the clone disperse itself without returning to pass the information back to the user. Any extra chakra the clone has when it disperses is also returned to the original.

It's also useful for training purposes, since the total amount of experience the user gains is multiplied by the total number of clones being used to train.

Description: This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items that have been stored using fūinjutsu. Scrolls are the most common choice for item storage. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use.

Weapons are the most commonly sealed objects. Toroi of Kumogakure for example, uses this technique to store his magnetised shuriken which he uses in battle. Puppet masters also use this technique with their puppets either through hidden scrolls in various compartments or a simple seal as a means of increasing their own killing potential as well as hiding useful weapons from the opponent's sight. This can be seen with Sasori's Thousand Hands Manipulation Military Art.

Description: The enhancement seal is a fuuinjutsu to be placed on Walter's puppets. Walter positions the enhancement seals on all of his puppets. Each seal are designed with specific functions from increase his puppets raw strength or the raw speed of his puppets. When used on his puppet Lu Bu it increases the puppets raw strength allowing it to rival that of a High Jounin. For his puppet Hajime saito the seal allows the puppets speed to rival a high Jounin in terms of raw speed. Walter has his own enhancement seals on hs body used to enhance his agility, speed to high jounin and flexibility.

Description: The bind seal is a seal invented by Walter that he has placed on all his puppets and their weapons. When someone other than Walter or his chakra signature through his puppets picks up these weapons a harsh electrical shock will be sent through their body. The seal was designed to ensure nothing of Walter's can be stolen.

puppet Mastery: Walter has such control over his puppet techniques and his puppets that he is able to control ten puppets with ten puppet strings. - As a Chuunin Level ninja such puppet mastery is unavailable to you, at most 2 maybe 3 with your toes skill
