Arctic Body: An ability to Create snow and ice with just a thought or a wave of the hand or touch Meaning the manipulation of existing Ice is not needed. The users of this ability may also use some Ice release jutsu with only one hand and can Manipulate the snow and Ice to their liking creating weapons or other structures. The ability allows users to freeze any substance, thus, Earth, Water, and Wood Release techniques are useless against it. Using Ice ninjutsu, the user can freeze any physical material and even the moisture that is present in the air around them creating weapons, the user cannot freeze either raw energy or chakra as they have no physical mass to freeze, allowing a person with either energy-based jutsu, such Wind, Fire and Lightning Releases, or good chakra control to properly counter it, However fire release may sometimes not be able to defeat it depending on how powerful the ice jutsu is.

The people with this Kekkei Genkai have non changing Body temperature. They Never feel cold even tho their body temperature stays very low, leaving their body cold at all times though they never notice or feel it, in heated climates they breath with cold air coming from their mouth and nose because of the constant cold temperature in their bodies

First level - When first unlocked Arctic Body's core temperature effect kicks in and the user can only create Ice by freezing a water Source and the manipulate it(Genin Level)25+ posts

Sato and Seto, Two identical Twins found outside the gates of Yukigakure. Sato and Seto grew up as the only Twin ninja in Yukigakure, they were twins but not just normal twins, They were twin prodigys of the Tenka clan, Establishing milestones for their future to become the greatest twin ninja alive. At the young age both Sato and Seto's dreams were to become the bestest ninja alive, but both of their dreams were that and there could only be one, so they fought at everything just like normal brothers would do. They both got stronger and stronger each day soon taking the first step of their dream and entering the Ninja Academy.

As Sato and Seto got older they had received top marks and had showed an innate aptitude for the ninja arts while in the academy.They both grew on each other and started becoming very, very close, making them a strong team together. This permitted them to graduate from the Academy in a single year at the top of their class at the age of 5.

They both moved on from the academy and started their next step in their dreams and becoming a Genin. They were very talented and were assigned to a ninja team where they were both in the same team. Sato and Seto were given hundreds of tasks and missions but with ease they completed thier tasks and missions being kind and humble in the social life but being deadly and hostile in the Battle Field killing every member that got in their way with their explanation of testing their potential.

Many tales went around about Sato and Seto, some saying they were marred by war. Regarded by many as the best of their generation.As Sato and Seto grew up they become talented twin ninja becoming feared by many ninja in Yukigakure and the rest of the ninja world at the rank of Genin.

They both grew older and more talented taking the Chunin exams at the same time. Many rouges and missing Ninja came to watch these two twins, betting a lot of Ryo on them. Sato and Seto were both talked to by many random strangers being told if they don't win their fights they would be killed but Sato and Seto were not scared, they could protect themselves.

Sato and Seto both won all their matches meeting up in the finals only to find out their match ended in a Tie both being the same at everything, True identical Twins.

Sato and Seto both reached Chunin being the same at everything they both were assigned to many tasks and missions this year. Sato and Setos life were going to change this year but they didn't know anything. They both took another appearance but still looking identical. Sato and Seto trained their hearts out in their free time making them stronger and soon being perfect masters at their Kekkei Genkai using the Ice Element with mixing the Water and Wind Element. One day they finished a Mission for the Yukikage and got into a fight with his anbu body guards. They were told to stop but as known in the battle field they are heartless so they killed his body guards and left the office. Later on that day, they got a message telling them that they are EXILED from yukigakure so they left and soon were welcomed into Konoha. They were feared by many and already were known around the ninja world as the Exiled twins of yuki.

The Hokage tested Sato and Seto to become Jounin were they both passed above Jounin level. The hokage knew they were talented ninja alone but even stronger together so he made them his official Anbu Bodyguards.

Sato and Seto were now Anbu twin body guards of the Hokage being very strong. They both went on many S rank missions with the Hokage and traveled around the world on missions. As Sato and Seto were the Hokages body guards, the Hokage was not touched, put in harm once. Sato and Seto were the best Anbu Guards he had ever had. The Hokage seemed to be the safest he had ever been with Sato and Seto by his side.

Sato and Seto soon became bored of being the Hokage guards and wanted to train students and help Konohagakure for taking them in so they told the Hokage that they are retiring from Anbu and Becoming normal Jounin. The Hokage tried and tried to convince the two twins to stay but they wouldn't make their mind change and still wanted to become a Normal Jounin so the Hokage granted their wishes and made them full pledged Jounin.

Sato and Seto were normal Jounin just about to get their first team when suddenly something that changed Sato's life happened. One cold and dark night, Seto was out on a nightly dash above rooftops, having a nice breeze on his face he tripped over a strange pole. He didn't know what the hell it was so he followed it only to find himself trapped in from a bunch of ninja. He fought most of them off but strangely they kept on coming for a weird reason. Seto soon became tied and fell to his knees closing his eyes. He knew it was over for him as he prayed that Sato would became a great ninja known across the world. Just as Seto finished his Pray he felt a long katana enter his body. He smiled as he dropped to the floor making a blood puddle around his head going into the after life.

Sato woke up and noticed he couldn't feel his brothers life force within him. Being twins they were able to feel each others life force and chakra force, but this strange day he couldn't ?. Sato quickly dashed out of his room in search to find Seto. Soon Sato reached a large storage room entering the room he saw his brother dead on the floor. He entered a rage state, feeling a lot of chakra forces. Sato was soon trapped just like seto and engaged in a battle. He killed every single member in the room not sparing no ones life, unlike Seto that died, Sato still had a massive amount of chakra. It was then noticed that Sato had overcome his older twin brother Seto in everything making him the best ninja.

Sato buried Seto continuing his life as a ninja, Jounin. After his brothers death he promised himself that he would train his Ninja team with effort making them more stronger then himself

Sato soon got sick of being a ninja in Konoha, sick of the fighting, social wars, meetings and all that work that he had to do as a ninja so he mentiond it to the hokage. After a long talk they sorted out that he would be a travling ninja and just travel the world. his time in Konoha has now come to a end and travels the world. but is welcome to konoha any time.

As the frosty biting bluster breeze flew in a common chilly course past an ample aged equilateral triangle adjusted cabin that lounged on the peek of the loan mountain that could be seen on this strange isolated star shaped island. Many seals barked outside the house whiles cold hounds stood high next to the house looking down into the cold frozen waters that separated Yukigakure from the island they stood on. The equilateral Triangle adjusted cabin that rested on the mountain belonged to a pair of 21 year old twins that looked very alike and was known to be strong.

Sato: "Seto stop burlesquing around and start training"

Sato said in a perfect mouth movement, calm tone looking towards his bi-form brother Seto. As Sato worked very hard on his training his twin brother Seto was seen playing with a frozen ice ball kicking it around the Mountain.

Seto: "I will train later brother"

Seto said in a hyper dynamic tone running around the mountain likes a mad genius.

Sato: "Fine but i will soon be the stronger one out of us"

Sato said with a calm tone whiles having a massive smirk on his face punching a dummy then sending his right leg to the head of the dummy browbeating himself off the head of the dummy, Sato conducted a full back flip doing handseals in the air he landed slamming his left hand on the ground making sharp frozen ice spears jolt up from the area anguishing the dummy from the rear. As the dummy got stabbed in the rear Seto came up from behind with an ice kunai sliming the head of the dummy making the head dispatch from its body and descend on the ground.

Sato and Seto: "All right"

They said in a hyper calm voice tone.

As the legendary tenka twins finished thier training Sato made his way towards a old tall bookshelf made of snow with around five hundred books colored in all kinds of colors from Red, Blue, Orange, Pink, Purple, Yellow, Green and so many more rested, Well on the other hand Seto made his way towards the kitchen making himself a massive supply of food.Hmmm these two twins are just like us ? they are twins and said to be the strongest twins alive ? Me and Seto might just have to see about that ? Sato thought to himself reading the rest of information about these strange twins. "What are you reading ?" Seto said to Sato looking at him with a hard and lost glance. " I am reading about two twins that are said to be the strongest twins alive?. Should we test that thoery ?" Sato said to Seto taking his eyes off the book and looking at Seto with a gaze. "But you know we are the strongest twins alive but i think it will be fun so yes lets go test that strange and incorrect thoery but where do they live ?" Seto asked Sato with a lost emotion shown on his face. "The hidden sound village which is deep inside the land of Rice." Sato said putting the book back in the shelf. Sato and Seto made thier way to thier own rooms packing thier gear for the trip to the village hidden in the sound.
