When a mission is complete make a file of the mission stating if it was a success or not. Members of the mission will need to post in the file also ONLY if it was a success. When someone that posts in the file that they went on only post how many post they made when the mission officially starts not the showing up and talk about it. You will be paid accordingly on the rank and the succession. Good luck (:
