The basic of this element is like lightning and thunder, lightning creates the vibrations in the air which in turn creates the sound of thunder

Additionally, while the user can use this technique to sense individuals over a great distance, the accuracy of this sensory abilities deteriorates over increased distance. While normally invoked through the attributed hand seal, it has been demonstrated that this technique isn't reliant on its usage.

Description: A jutsu created and Mastered by Yasuo Kamikaze and is how he earned the name "The clouds Blue blurr", this jutsu surrounds the user with sonic release chakra and completely breaks the sound barrier around them allowing the user to move at an incredible speed able to move at the speed of sound or just below it. The jutsu puts a large strain on ones body and used over a period of time can cause a great deal of pain. Yasuo is the only one to know this technique he does not socialize with his clan due to them shunning him in the past, Yasuo is so skilled with this Jutsu he is able to exceed the speed of sound but the strain is so great it does damage to his insides making him cough blood overly used it can lead to death.(If you want this jutsu your gonna have to learn it from Yasuo :D)

Even though All sound has ceased the user can choose to let certain things and events make sound
The user can confuse and pray on the victims by creating false sounds such as explosions nearby or flying kunai heading towards them from behind to make them dodge for nothing,
History:
The Kamikaze clan was founded in the land of lightning during great times of war, the clan members had very powerful wind and lightning ninjutus and somehow found a way to combine them into a new element known as Sonic Release but many call it thunder. Because their jutsus often make the sound of thunder, The kamikaze clan once used a branch system where the a main branch would be rich and oversee the overall aspect of the clan they usually kept the strongest jutsus to themselves and rarely found their way to the battle field this made them hated by the branch members who saw them as pompous weaklings who ordered people around, Right before ninja villages were founded the branch clan in their overpowering numbers rose against the main Branch who were no match for the experienced fighters of the branch clan members.
The clan entered a Stage of civil war after the main branch was slaughtered as to who would now lead them, the most powerful of the clan was chosen Gampachi Kamikaze who led the clan into joining the Cloud village upon its founding and there the clan has stayed and lived loyal towards the cloud village.
