Turning Rouge

Since its sort of weird /stupid for someone to just make a char in a village then just go rouge after like one rp or none at all i decided to make some rules.

1. To turn rouge a user MUST be at least a little active in their own village make at least 5 active rps, and also be in 10 active other Rps in the village.

2. You gotta commit a crime to go rouge eg. Just simply leaving and never returning can be called a crime, Killing a fellow ninja, Stealing from the village, betraying the village etc....

3. Don't think that being rouge means you can do what ever you want, some villages especially if its the Mist village that have hunter nin will hunt you down and try to capture or kill you, so be prepared to have ANBU down your throats, Also Kages should take rouges seriously they have info on your village send people to kill them this alone just makes being a Rouge harder for Users

4. Being rouge also means your in the Bingo books of your village and any other village you commit crimes against, The book will detail your jutsus abilities and skills Ninja Jounin+ automatically learn bingo books. It wont be metagaming jutsus since they know your jutsus :) Any jutsu you learn after going rouge will not be in their books unless they encounter you and survive then they can update the bingo book with the information on you


THESE RULES ALSO APPLY TO NON VILLAGE NIN AS WELL AS TRAVELERS
if travelers /non village nin join with rouges they automatically become rouges too
