Mangekyo Sharingan Rules:

First off all the laws of the best friend killing apply for those uchihas who will try to claim the Mangekyo you must be in more than 20 topics with this person each topic being 3 or more pages long and also must show some indication of being best friends KILLING YOUR ALT DOES NOT COUNT no planned deaths either (Like you and someone arrange their death)).

Gaining the Mangekyo Sharingan shall not automatically grant you the Tsukiyomi and Amaterasu. To achieve them an RP of training must be done for each one. Only when Both Tsukiyomi and Amaterasu are achieved may one have Susanoo. Custome techs are allowed for each eye but only one tech per eye

Also All Mangekyo bearers shall have a Blue tube under their char where your avatar is to indicate that you have the mangekyo and how much sight you have left till you go blind when a sharingan user uses the mangekyo their vision will go down to 20% so that leaves 5 time the Blue bar shall indicate this
