Instant Transmission

By placing two fingers upon the head the user is able to teleport.

Vernier Thrusters

the user can move so fast that they can only be seen by people of their rank as a blur of speed and colour

Stunning Touch

The user is able to summon forth up to 10 Real Hologram clones of them selves that are used as illusions to fool the target, these clones are identical and even have their own chakra system and can fight and feel pain, ect, ect

A Thousand Kunai

the General has the ability to summon kunai and launch them off in any direction like rockets.

Cyborg

Because the General is a cyborg he can not be controlled via mind based abilities. he is also built froma flesh like material that posseses no magnetic qualities.

0 G System

This is a system that allows the General to change the gravity of his own body, allowing him to remain still or allowing him to float around in the sky as if it was space.

I think what Annabel is disapproving is the ability to be untouchanble to any possible enemy (even with ocular improvements due to the actually "Teleport") and being able to paralyze for 2 seconds, which is more than enough time following these powers to slice the target and part bones, flesh, blood and what not.. just part the blood cells too.

All of these are getting removed, this guy no longer uses jutsus, but uses technology. If you're on escellsia then you'll know the general

updated. now they match what i made like 5 years ago. other than the shadow clone jutsu, cause thatd be unfair.
