Yup, I'm gonna use the General, just not the new one, the General was made about 5 years ago, I made him for Naruto then he eventually became his own character. So I think I'll remake the Naruto version of the General i had long ago.

So, Eisen Shwartz actually means Iron Black. Also... Maybe I'm just dumb (or going to much into details)... But...

This would cause a mutation in the person's genes and cause effects like cancer, and wouldn'y really want your character to have his kekke genkai creating cancer in his cells.

Electron Acceleration allows him to Quantize and Quantize other objects. Causing cancer in others could be useful. lol

and yes Eisen Shrwartz does mean Iron Black

Well, cancer is not the only mutation that can be caused by manipulation of the cells, but I just believe that it would be hard to control and often cause lots of stuff to turn radioactive (If he can, as you says, manipulate the cells within other objects).

And atoms are in cells, and if you manipulate electrons you can cause mutations in the cells. Everything is built of atoms.
