A long time ago around the time orochimaru was experimenting with different people and different Kekkei Genkai. He got a hold of some scientist. One in particular was working on a way to put the elements into peoples DNA. He helped develop the hydration technique which was the water element into the body. After successfully helping with it he continued with his research. Helping with may experiment but always keeping this going as a side project. He had gotten stuck on one element in particular. Fire, the man was obsessed with putting fire into DNA somehow and without Orochimaru’s approval inserted the test DNA into two baby siblings. Orochimaru was furious and killed the man instantly and had the babies disposed of. Lucky for the small children the subordinate given the task had a weak heart and simply gave them to an orphanage to be raised. The woman there didn’t buy it and took them to the Hokage who with a little digging discovered whose they really were. Once returned to their families they babies stayed with them. Within a month changes started being noticed. The children were always unusually hot too hot for the average human but perfect for them. They also developed the eyes of fire.

Stage 1

Stage 1 is usually what the user goes around in the only time they revert to normal is if their user loses almost all there chakra. In stage one hand seals for fire jutsu become unneeded just hand motions. For fire jutsu that come from the mouth this is just the final sign. Other than that it really doesn’t do anything for them.

Stage 2

Spoiler:

Stage 2 is all the powers of stage one. However now they are able to manipulate all flames even flames that aren’t there own. The only flames they can’t instantly control are the black flames of Amaterasu and that’s only because of the uchiha controlling them. If it’s running free at that moment though it’s easy for them to put out.

Stage 3
(got introverted somehow but the main eye part is still the same.)

Stage 3 is all the powers of stage two. Now they get the power of explosions. By using air manipulation they can place pockets of oxygen and flame able gas in the fire allowing those buble to pop upon commad causeing explosions. These explosions can either be instant, timed, on command or random.

Stage 4

Spoiler:

Stage 4 is all the powers of stage 3. Now they have advance flame control. Their bodies become engulfed in flames burning all that they touch that is naturally flame able. Any fire jutsu they do now comes out with blue flames from the intensity of it. With a mere glance they can light something on fire from a distance. If they are killed in this stage their bodies become mini super nova’s they implode. Since the body is on fire once they die in the stage that fire doesn’t stop no matter what until the body is gone. Then it dies instantly. As it burns the body the body burns and collapses in a way so that it pushes all the gases to the chest. Then once its all there in a massive explosion it goes off. The explosion is large enough to flatten village if they were in the dead center of it. Luckly this takes about 15 min after death before the explosion happens.
