Appearance: Avatar, m'dears~. Besides that, she usually dons all black. Her eyes are a silvery color, and are her only striking feature among the bland shades that make up her look. Her long hair is a dark brown that usually appears black, and she commonly wears an old war-fashioned gas mask.
Bio: Cassidy was born in the Cloud village, raised in the cloud village, trained in the cloud ninja... everything in the cloud village. She wasn't from a specific clan, though both her parents were ninjas. Both of their abilities mixed together to form unique bloodline traits for her. Yet, that's not the point right now.
Her parents were killed when she was only a few years old, leaving her older brother in charge of taking care of her. Luckily, her brother had similar bloodline traits to her, allowing him to train her with ease.
She flourished at the academy. Her brother took time off missions to work at the academy instead, so as to be at home to take care of her. Because of their similar time off tasks, he had much time to vigorously train her, allowing her to graduate to genin at the age of nine. As a child, Cassie was a bit of a bully, looking down on the other kids, even though they were older and taller than her. She'd push them around, and say mean things like "YOU'RE A POOPY HEAD!" while she was in the academy. When she graduated, however, she took it upon herself to live up to the ninja name, and become more mature. She remained rather blunt and sarcastic, but her bullying days were behind.
One year later, she got the opportunity to take the chunin exam. However, she sorta... failed it. Leading to her to have disgust in herself. After that, she trained for a solid year until the next exam, aiming to get as strong as possible. It really exhausted her to the point she'd end up accidentally blowing herself up or something, resulting in many weeks in the infirmary. Her brother was worried sick, yet couldn't do anything about it.
However, when the next exam came around, she passed with flying colors and was promoted to chunin. Yet, she didn't allow herself to stop training. Her brother, Jared, was being driven mad by her insane drive to get stronger. So, he challenged her to a fight. She was given 2 weeks to prepare, and then they would have a proctored battle. If he won, she had to take a break from training and slow done. If she won, he would use all his power to train her.
She accepted, and trained without his help for two weeks straight.
When the battle came around, she impressed even the raikage with her skills at only eleven, however, she ended up losing in the end. Her brother was a senior jounin at the time, and as a newly promoted chunin, she didn't have a chance. While she didn't like it, on her ninja honor, she had to lay off the training.
Instead of training her vigorously, Jared took to training her slowly through some of the more acute arts of their kekkei genkai. Over the course of a year, she mastered to art of Chiyu Te that was created with the birth of her and Jared. While training, she of course continued to take on missions for her village. All of them, successful. She became renowned for her determined nature to never fail. it was thought odd how her personality seemed so laid back, yet she was so hard working.
After learning Chiyu Te, her brother taught her of the large Raven their father had signed a contract with. Since their father, only Jared had managed to sign the contract. This became Cassidy's next goal. She successfully signed a contract with the Ravens, however, she went a little farther than those before her.
On her own, she worked for weeks to summon the largest, and most powerful of ravens that had not been harnessed by anyone before. the raven's name was Fumetsu. She worked ridiculously hard to form a bond with Fumetsu., and finally succeeded. Upon this success, she left her former team, and decided to work on solo missions.
She stopped training with her brother, and worked instead on missions. After yet another while, she left for a solid year on her own to go off and see the world. She returned having harnessed a power from her mom's side of the family, that her brother had not even discovered. Mind tracking. She returned as a changed individual. her training schedules and objectives had shifted more to match her personality. her brother was glad, yet somewhat sad to see his sister no longer needed his help to train. Only shortly after her return to the village, she immediately went for the rank of jounin.
She disappeared for quite a few months. No one knew what she had been told to do to obtain the rank. However, when she returned, there was no doubt she was a very able-bodied full-fledged jounin.
Jared was immesnely proud of her, and challenged her to another fight to test her rank. Her name was starting to be known around the village, and many people came to see the fight. Even the raikage himself. It was evident she had elevated her strength by a long shot when she defeated Jared with ease.
Because of her new mind-tracking skill, she was sent on many top-secret missions, not failing a single one. It seemed she was unstoppable. At the age of 14, she earned herself the title of the Raveness because of her unusual control over Fumetsu.
Years passed, and she only became more powerful. At 16, she joined the elite anbu squad of the village, continuing to succeed on missions. A short year later, she became a new member of the Kinkaku squad, having successfully honed her skills. She remains in her position today, still never having failed a mission.
